A Beautiful and Delicious Layered Salad

  • 2tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2cup fresh parsleychopped
  • 1cup sour cream
  • 4slices bacon
  • 1 beef tomato
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 salad heart
  • 1 Mango
  • 1 avocado
  • saltpepper to taste
  1. Roast the bacon in a dry pan until crispy and put aside.
  2. Mix the sour cream with parsley and olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Peel the avocado and mango and chop into small cubes.
  4. Dice the tomato and cucumber.
  5. Wash and dry the salad and cut into fine small stripes.
  6. Layer the ingredients one after another into the glasses or a bowl from the bottom up: avocado – mango – tomato – salad – cucumber.
  7. Spread with the sour cream and top with crispy bacon.
