Berry Smoothie
Ingredients
1/2
cup
almond milk
or whichever type milk you prefer
1/2
cup
berries
strawberries,blueberries, and/or raspberries or any others
6
ounces
low fat vanilla yogurt
1
tablespoon
honey
6 – 8
ice cubes
handful
quick oats
optional
Instructions
Pour the almond milk into the blender.
Add the berries, yogurt, honey, and ice.
Blend on high speed until smooth.
Pour into glasses and if you have some on hand, throw a few sprinkles of quick oats on top for some texture and fiber. Serve immediately.
