Berry Smoothie
  • 1/2cup almond milkor whichever type milk you prefer
  • 1/2cup berriesstrawberries,blueberries, and/or raspberries or any others
  • 6ounces low fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1tablespoon honey
  • 6 – 8 ice cubes
  • handful quick oatsoptional
  1. Pour the almond milk into the blender.
  2. Add the berries, yogurt, honey, and ice.
  3. Blend on high speed until smooth.
  4. Pour into glasses and if you have some on hand, throw a few sprinkles of quick oats on top for some texture and fiber. Serve immediately.
