Chicken Thighs with Lemon Slices, Oregano, Garlic, and White Wine
small boneless chicken thighs
dry white wine
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Place olive oil and garlic in a large skillet over medium heat and cook until softened.
Place chicken thighs, skin side down, in the skillet.
Cook about 10 minutes, or until starting to brown.
Place the lemon slices in the pan over the chicken.
Cook until the skin has started to crisp and the lemon slices caramelize.
Add oregano, white wine, and broth to the skillet and continue cooking until sauce has thickened.
Serve topped with the caramelized lemon slices.
