Chili Pepper Chocolate Bark
  • 12ounces dark chocolateat least 45% cacao
  • 1 1/2tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2tablespoons chili pepper flakes
  • 1teaspoon ground chili pepper
  • 1tablespoon paprika
  • 1tablespoon cinnamon
  • 2tablespoons dried cherriesminced
  1. Line a rectangular baking pan, approximately 11 x 7”, with waxed paper.
  2. In a double boiler, mix all ingredients until melted and smooth.
  3. Pour the melted chocolate into the prepared pan, spreading evenly with spatula.
  4. Sprinkle with dried cherries, then chill in the fridge for 2 – 3 hours, or until set.
  5. When set, break into pieces and store in an airtight container.
