Chili Pepper Chocolate Bark
at least 45% cacao
unsweetened cocoa powder
chili pepper flakes
ground chili pepper
Line a rectangular baking pan, approximately 11 x 7”, with waxed paper.
In a double boiler, mix all ingredients until melted and smooth.
Pour the melted chocolate into the prepared pan, spreading evenly with spatula.
Sprinkle with dried cherries, then chill in the fridge for 2 – 3 hours, or until set.
When set, break into pieces and store in an airtight container.
