Chocolate Cream and Banana Crepes

coffee granules

heavy whipping cream
Chocolate Sauce

ounce (4 squares)
1 ounce (4 squares) bittersweet chocolate

sticks
butter
unsalted

can
evaporated milk
2 1/2
cups
confectioners’ sugar
Instructions
Filling
In a large mixing bowl, beat pudding mix, coffee, and whipping cream until mixture has thickened.
Chocolate Sauce
In a medium saucepan, melt chocolate, butter, milk, and sugar until thickened.
To construct crepes
Spoon chocolate cream into the center of the crepes.
Slice bananas and place them on top of chocolate cream.
Roll or fold them up as desired. Drizzle with chocolate sauce.
