Corn and Cream Cheese Dip With Cherry Tomatoes
Ingredients
  • 2cups cornfresh, frozen, or canned
  • 1brick cream cheese
  • 8ounces cheddar or pepper jack cheeseshredded
  • 3 jalapenosseeded and chopped
  • 1/4cup green onionschopped
  • 1/2cup sour cream
  • 1/2cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2cup cherry tomatoesquartered
Instructions
  1. Combine all of the ingredients (except for the cherry tomatoes) and mix until well incorporated.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least four hours.
  3. Garnish with the cherry tomatoes.
