Cottage Cheese Pancakes
Ingredients
  • 1cup cottage Cheese
  • 1cup uncooked oatmeal
  • 3 eggs beaten(low fat version omit egg yolk)
  • Splenda, honey or sugar to taste
  • ½teaspoon vanilla
  • dash cinnamon
  • 1 banana
Instructions
  1. In a blender place eggs. Turn blender on low, pour in cottage cheese, banana, seasonings and sweeteners. Add oatmeal.
  2. When blended, cook just like pancakes in a nonstick pan. Top as desired.
