Cottage Cheese Pancakes
Ingredients

cottage Cheese
1
cup
uncooked oatmeal
3
eggs beaten
(low fat version omit egg yolk)
Splenda, honey or sugar to taste
½
teaspoon
vanilla
dash
cinnamon
1
banana
Instructions
In a blender place eggs. Turn blender on low, pour in cottage cheese, banana, seasonings and sweeteners. Add oatmeal.
When blended, cook just like pancakes in a nonstick pan. Top as desired.
