Ingredients

Instructions
Place flour, sugar, and a dash of salt in a large mixing bowl.
In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and butter.
Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet, whisking rapidly until smooth.
Put 1 tablespoon of oil into a small bowl.
Using a paper towel, lightly grease your crepe pan.
Heat your pan over medium heat.
Pour a thin layer of batter into the pan. Tilt the pan so that the batter coats the surface of the pan evenly.
Cook about 2 minutes or until light brown.
Using a spatula, turn and cook the other side for about 30 seconds.
Remove from heat.
Repeat with the remaining batter, greasing the pan as needed.

Cut up some seasonal fruits, such as berries or cherries to garnish your crepes.
