Ingredients
4cupsrolled oats
1/2cupwhole almonds
1/2 cupwhole pecans
1/2 cuppepitaspumpkin seeds
2/3cupraisins
3/4teaspoonsalt
1/2teaspoonground cinnamon
1/2 cupvegetable oil
1/2cuphoney
1teaspoonpure vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, almonds, pecans, pepitas, raisins, salt, and ground cinnamon. Mix well until the ingredients are blended together.
Mix together the vegetable oil, honey, and vanilla in a separate bowl. Pour into the bowl of dry ingredients, stirring until everything is properly distributed.
Pour the mixture onto the prepared pan and spread it into an even layer.
Bake for approximately 20 minutes, until it turns golden, making sure to stir halfway through.
Allow it to cool completely without disturbing it before breaking it into pieces. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for 1 to 2 weeks.
