Ingredients
  • 4cups rolled oats
  • 1/2cup whole almonds
  • 1/2 cup whole pecans
  • 1/2 cup pepitaspumpkin seeds
  • 2/3cup raisins
  • 3/4teaspoon salt
  • 1/2teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2cup honey
  • 1teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, almonds, pecans, pepitas, raisins, salt, and ground cinnamon. Mix well until the ingredients are blended together.
  3. Mix together the vegetable oil, honey, and vanilla in a separate bowl. Pour into the bowl of dry ingredients, stirring until everything is properly distributed.
  4. Pour the mixture onto the prepared pan and spread it into an even layer.
  5. Bake for approximately 20 minutes, until it turns golden, making sure to stir halfway through.
  6. Allow it to cool completely without disturbing it before breaking it into pieces. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for 1 to 2 weeks.
  7. Serve with milk or Greek yogurt.
