Ingredients

Instructions
Combine flour, salt, and butter in a large mixing bowl.
Cut together with a pastry cutter until mixture takes on a crumbly appearance.
Stir in water, 1 tablespoon at a time until the dough forms into a ball.
Roll out on a flat surface.
