- 1cup fresh watermelon juice
- sparkling wine
- watermelon triangles for garnish
Instructions
- Divide watermelon juice into glasses.
- Top with chilled sparkling wine.
- Garnish and serve immediately.

**Place seedless watermelon chunks in a blender and blend until smooth. Strain into a pitcher or glasses.
