Herbed Lemon Butter
  • 1 stick unsalted butter at room temperature
  • 1tablespoon parsleyminced
  • 1tablespoon fresh dillminced
  • 1tablespoon green onionthe white and 1/3 of the greens, minced
  • 1tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • sea saltto taste
  • fresh ground black pepperto taste
  1. In a small bowl, cream all ingredients together then chill until ready to use.
Recipe Notes

As always, I prefer freshly ground black pepper from a grinder to the prepackaged stuff.
