2cupshoney Dijon mustard
1/4cupcider vinegar

Instructions
Whole Wheat Flat Bread
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, and water.
Form the dough into a ball.
Cover the dough ball with a light dusting of flour.
Flour your hands and spread the dough out onto a greased cookie sheet (you can use a greased pizza pan for a different shape.) Spread out the dough in a thin layer so that the entire pan is covered.
Bake for about 20 to 25 minutes. The longer the bread stays in the oven, the crispier it will become.
Remove from the oven and transfer to a cooling rack.
Once cooled, cut as desired.
Salad
In a large salad bowl, mix all the ingredients together.
Dressing
In a medium skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Drain and set aside.
Add mustard, honey, and vinegar to small saucepan.
Bring to a boil.
Dice bacon and stir into the dressing.
Pour hot dressing over salad and toss to coat.
Place a piece of the whole wheat flat bread on a large plate. Top with salad and dressing and enjoy.
