Ingredients
  • 2pounds elbow macaroni noodlescooked and drained
  • 12 hardboiled eggspeeled and chopped
  • 4 green onionsfinely chopped
  • 2stalks celeryfinely diced
  • 1/4cup pickle relish*
  • 3cups mayo
  • 1-2tablespoons salt
  • 1teaspoon black pepper
  • 1teaspoon fresh dillchopped
  • 1teaspoon fresh tarragonchopped
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl until they are well-mixed. This salad is best made the night before and refrigerated until ready to serve.
