Best All Purpose Dry Rub for Pork
A superb dry rub to use on almost any smoked or barbecued pork!

Ingredients
  • 1/3cup coarse ground black pepper
  • 1tspn ground tumeric
  • 2tspn roasted cumin
  • 1/3cup mustard powder
  • 1/2cup ground papirika
  • 1/3cup onion powder
  • 1/3cup granulated garlic
  • 1 1/2cup dark brown sugar
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a mason/canning jar in no particular order. Screw on lid.
  2. Break up any remaining clumps of brown sugar with a fork. Continue shaking until all ingredients are well incorporated.
