Nonstick cooking spray

feta cheese

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Spray muffin pans (2 tins) with nonstick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, mix eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Add peas, green onion, and feta. Stir until well incorporated.
Fill prepared muffin tins (almost to the top) with the egg mixture.
Bake about 10 minutes or until the egg rises and appears set in the center.
Using a spatula, remove the eggs from the tins and place on a serving platter.
Serve immediately.
