Ingredients
  • 3– 4pounds lambcubed
  • 1cup plain yogurt
  • 2cloves garlicsmashed and minced
  • 1/2 of lemonZest and juice
  • 1/2cup fresh mintminced
  • 1/4teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4teaspoon cayenne
  • 1/2teaspoon ground Ginger
  • 1/2teaspoon allspice
  • 1teaspoon coriander
  • 1teaspoon cumin
  • 1teaspoon nutmeg
  • bamboo skewers
Instructions
  1. Soak skewers in cold water for 30 – 60 minutes.
  2. Mix all ingredients together and reserve half to drizzle over the meat just before serving. To the other half, add the cubed lamb and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 2 – 4 hours.
  3. Thread onto skewers and grill over medium heat, 325 – 350 F, for 3 – 5 minutes on each side.
