Ingredients

sour cream

mayonnaise

horseradish

sweet pickle relish

Worcestershire sauce

teaspoon
fresh lemon juice
A dash of catsup
just enough to make the mixture light pink

sea salt

fresh ground pepper

fresh crab meat
broken up
Instructions
Place all ingredients except the crab, salt and pepper in a medium mixing bowl and stir together well.
Taste and adjust to suit.
Stir in the crab with a fork, season with salt and pepper.
Cover and refrigerate.
