Ingredients
  • 3.5ounces papaya or 100 grams(peeled, chopped, seeds removed and reserved)
  • 1inch knob fresh ginger(peeled, use more or less to taste)
  • 1cup whole, organic milk(or substitute vegan almond milk)
  • 2tbsp Greek yogurt(or dairy-free yogurt)
  • 1 tbsp organic honey
  • 1tbsp lime juice(optional)
  • 1tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 1pinch cinnamon(for garnish)
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in your blender with the top on. If you like, add a few papaya seeds to the mix.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Top with powdered cinnamon to taste and a few papaya seeds if you like. Serve with a straw, and drink immediately.
