Ingredients
  • 3oz roasted almondsor about 1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp
  • 18oz milk,or 2 1/4 cups
  • 2oz whipping creamor 1/4 cup
  • pinch of cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Grind the almonds in a food processor until fine. Combine with the milk in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about 10 minutes.
  2. Whip the cream with the cinnamon (using a hand mixer, standing mixer, or by hand) until it forms stiff peaks.
  3. Pour the almond milk through a sieve, then pour into two mugs and top with cinnamon cream. Serve warm.
