Rosemary Herbed Oil for Rubbing Meat
Ingredients
  • 1cup olive oil
  • 2tbsp coarsely ground black pepper
  • 2tbsp coarsely ground sea salt
  • 3tbsp fresh rosemarychopped
  • 2tbsp dried rosemary
  • 3tbsp minced garlic
Instructions
  1. Mix all of your ingredients together, bottle, and seal.
Recipe Notes

The recipe above should supply you with enough rub for two meals and is preferably used with burgers and steaks. If you choose to store your olive oil blend at room temperature, remember to keep it out of direct sunlight and use within a day or two (or a week if you are refrigerating it).
