4red or golden potatoesscrubbed and cut into wedges or cubes
4tbspmelted butter
1tbspchopped rosemaryfresh
Instructions
Prepare potatoes (do not peel), melt butter, chop rosemary and toss together.
Lightly spray a baking dish with olive oil spray, add potato mixture, and bake in a preheated, 375 degree oven for 35 minutes or until tender.
Recipe Notes
If you have “new” (small) potatoes available, you can use those whole (if small enough) or simply cut in half as we’ve done in this batch of golden potatoes below.
