Ingredients
  • 4 sugar cubes
  • 1cup coffee
  • 1/3cup brandy
  • 1/2cup whipping cream
  • chocolate sprinkles
Instructions
  1. Place two cubes of sugar in each mug.
  2. Heat up the brandy in a small saucepan, but do not bring it to a boil. Pour it over the sugar and carefully set the alcohol alight in the mug.
  3. After having flambéed (flambéed – to set on fire and then extinguish) the brandy, pour the coffee over it.
  4. Pour the cream on top, and decorate with chocolate sprinkles. Serve immediately.
