Ruedesheimer Coffee Cocktail
Place two cubes of sugar in each mug.
Heat up the brandy in a small saucepan, but do not bring it to a boil. Pour it over the sugar and carefully set the alcohol alight in the mug.
After having flambéed (flambéed – to set on fire and then extinguish) the brandy, pour the coffee over it.
Pour the cream on top, and decorate with chocolate sprinkles. Serve immediately.
