Seasoned Olive Oil for Dipping
  • 1/2cup olive oil
  • 4-5cloves garlic
  • 3tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 4tablespoons Parmesan cheese
  • 2tablespoons crushed dried oregano
  • Red pepper flakes to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • Crusty Italian bread cut into chunks
  1. Pour olive oil into a medium sized bowl or salad plate
  2. Use a garlic press to add garlic to the olive oil.
  3. Pour in the balsamic vinegar.
  4. Stir in parmesan cheese, oregano, red pepper flakes, and black pepper.
  5. Serve with crusty Italian bread. Enjoy.
