Ingredients

butternut squash
diced

large carrots

medium onions

chicken or vegetable broth

Instructions
Place the squash, carrots, onions, chicken broth, and milk into your slow cooker.
Cover and cook on high for 3 – 4 hours.
Once cooked blend until smooth using an immersion blender.
Serve hot and top as desired.
