Ingredients
1cupgarbanzo bean flour
1cupwater
1tablespooncoconut oil
2tablespoonsrosemary
1/8teaspoonsea salt
Instructions
Place all of the ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
Heat a medium sauce pan over medium heat, lightly oil and pour a small circle of the batter into the pan. Gently swirl the batter to cover the bottom of the pan and cook until edges start to firm up and brown.
Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes on the other side. Repeat until all of the batter is used up.
