Instructions
In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
Mash the berries with a potato masher, then lower the heat to a gentle boil. Continue cooking, uncovered, for 20 -25 minutes or until the mixture has thickened.
Cool to room temperature, and the jam will set as it cools. Store in clean containers and seal tightly.
