Ingredients
  • 1 head of lettucechopped
  • 1 zucchinispiralized
  • 1 small container blueberries
  • 1cup strawberriessliced
  • 1cup sunflower greensrinsed
  • 1 avocadoseeded & chopped
  • 5 baby carrotschopped
  • 5 baby radisheschopped
  • 1/4cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4cup Dijon mustard
  • 1Tablespoon honey
  • 1Tablespoon almond butter
  • wateras needed
Instructions
  1. Place all chopped and spiralized vegetables in a large bowl and toss well.
  2. Make the dressing by mixing all ingredients together in a small bowl. Add water as needed.
  3. Pour dressing over the contents and serve with salt and pepper.
