Summer Fruit Salad
Ingredients

pineapple
cubed

cups
strawberries
hulled and sliced

bananas
sliced
2
cups
seedless grapes
red or white
2
cups
red currants
if in season – if not substitute blueberries

kiwi
peeled and sliced
3
apples
sliced
3
tangerines
broken into sections
3/4
cup
fresh orange juice
1/3
cup
sugar
Instructions
In a small bowl, mix orange juice and sugar.
Add fruit to a large serving bowl.
Pour orange juice over fruit and toss until well coated.
Chill until ready to serve.
