Summer Fruit Salad
Ingredients
  • 2cups pineapplecubed
  • 2cups strawberrieshulled and sliced
  • 3 bananassliced
  • 2cups seedless grapesred or white
  • 2cups red currantsif in season – if not substitute blueberries
  • 4 kiwipeeled and sliced
  • 3 applessliced
  • 3 tangerinesbroken into sections
  • 3/4cup fresh orange juice
  • 1/3cup sugar
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, mix orange juice and sugar.
  2. Add fruit to a large serving bowl.
  3. Pour orange juice over fruit and toss until well coated.
  4. Chill until ready to serve.
