Three Bean Salad
Ingredients

cups
green beans
cut into thirds
1
can red kidney beans
drained
1
can garbanzo beans
drained
1
red onion
chopped
3/4
cup
sugar
1/2
cup
red wine vinegar
1/2
cup
extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
Cook green beans until tender.
Drain and rinse canned beans.
Add onion.
In a small bowl mix sugar, oil, and vinegar.
Pour over bean mixture.
Chill at least 3 -4 hours before serving.
