Three Bean Salad
Ingredients
  • 2cups green beanscut into thirds
  • 1 can red kidney beansdrained
  • 1 can garbanzo beansdrained
  • 1 red onionchopped
  • 3/4cup sugar
  • 1/2cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/2cup extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
  1. Cook green beans until tender.
  2. Drain and rinse canned beans.
  3. Add onion.
  4. In a small bowl mix sugar, oil, and vinegar.
  5. Pour over bean mixture.
  6. Chill at least 3 -4 hours before serving.
