1teaspoonTabasco or your favorite hot pepper sauce
1avocadopeeled, pitted and cubed
Sea salt and fresh ground pepper to season
In a large bowl, mix together the garlic, red onion and parsley. Stir in the clamato juice, ketchup, lime juice, Tabasco and horseradish. Season with salt and pepper, and fold in the prawns. Gently fold in the avocado.
Cover, and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
To serve, hose out a wheelbarrow and fill it with crushed ice. Nestle in a glass salad bowl with a ladle, along with cocktail glasses. Chill thoroughly and let your guests help themselves to this citrusy salad while waiting for the grilled goods.
