Viennese Gebirgskaffee Alp Coffee
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 Tbs rum
  • 2tsp sugar
  • 1/2cup coffee
  1. Place the egg yolk, rum and sugar into a small bowl and mix. Add the coffee and whisk everything with an eggbeater until it starts getting fluffy.
  2. Pour the coffee mixture into two mugs and drink right away.
