Ingredients
For the Dressing:
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic (about 1/2 clove)
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
For the Slaw:
- 2 medium kohlrabi
- 2 tablespoons crushed peanuts
- 1 green onion, sliced
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- Cilantro, for garnish
Instructions

Whisk together the dressing ingredients and set aside.

Peel the kohlrabi and pass through the spiralizer according to the manufacturer’s directions.
