Leave the ice cream truck to the kiddies this summer. Adults can enjoy 4-ingredient frozen watermelon daiquiris instead.

  • 4 heaping cups frozen watermelon cubes
  • 1 cup light rum
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice (about 3 limes)
  • 3 tablespoons agave syrup
  • Lime wedges and watermelon slices, for garnish (optional)

  1. Place all ingredients (except those for the garnish) in a large blender. Blend at high speed until everything is thoroughly mixed to make a uniform slushie.
  2. Pour into 4 small glasses. Garnish with lime wedges and watermelon slices, and serve immediately.
