Curried Chicken Salad

You won’t be able to get enough of this curried chicken salad, made with grapes, crunchy veggies, and a spiced yogurt sauce.




  1. In a large bowl, combine chicken, grapes, onion, and celery. Stir until well mixed.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the yogurt and olive oil with the lemon juice, curry powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine thoroughly, then add to the chicken mixture and fold in the sauce until everything is coated well.
  3. Place in the refrigerator to chill for 30 minutes before serving.
  4. Taste and season with additional salt and pepper, as desired. Serve.
