- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup pure pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 Tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- Layer all of the ingredients in the order they are listed on the ingredients list in a blender, with the ice furthest from the blades. Secure the top and blend until smooth.
