No-Bake Crispy Chocolate Treats (Vegan, GF)

Description

Our unbelievable no-bake gluten-free and vegan crispy chocolate cookie treats are a healthy dessert solution or afternoon snack.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups gluten-free crispy rice cereal
  • 1 1/4 cups dark chocolate chips, melted + more for drizzling
  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup raw sunflower seeds
  • 1 Tbsp ground flax seed

Instructions

  1. Stir together all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Drop by spoonfuls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or waxed paper, approximately 1-1 1/2 tablespoons at a time. You will end up with about 1 1/2 dozen treats.
  3. Drizzle cookies with extra melted chocolate.
  4. Refrigerate until set, about 20-30 minutes. Remove from paper and serve.
