- 4 cups green beans, washed and trimmed
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- Zest of one lemon
- Juice of one lemon
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 Tbsp freshly chopped parsley
- 1/2 Tbsp freshly chopped basil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F.
- In a large bowl, toss all ingredients together until the green beans are evenly coated.
- Spread on a rimmed baking sheet in a single layer. Roast for 8 minutes, until the green beans brown slightly and are crisp tender.
- Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
